Design
A qualified Technical Office which, using advanced tools, designs machinery and transmits the work sequences to the machines in the production departments.
Laser cutting
Modern laser cutting machines process the sheets from which the structures and numerous components of Tecnopea machines are made.
Folding
The cut components are processed on automatic machines that perform all the bending sequences required to obtain the finished product.
Welding
The company has a department staffed with highly qualified operators holding ISO certifications.
Carpentry
Tecnopea is capable of creating various types of metal structures that can be used as supporting frames for machinery or for multiple applications across diverse industrial sectors.
Assembly
The assembly department is staffed by numerous specialized technicians whose work brings the machinery, entirely designed and built in-house, to life.
