FST 300

Features:

Machine for the automatic banding of bags and boxes by means of a roll of thermal… polypropylene film.
FST300 has a system that allows the stacking and gathering of the packs in programmable quantity and it has a welding device that tighten the film around the product.
After banding the packs go under a hot air blower (with adjustable temperature) that starts the shrinckage process of the polypropylene film in order to wrap and protect the products.

• Designed to be operated with manual or automatic loading (machine in line);

• PLC for the electronic control of the machine functions;

• Electronic self-diagnosis with error and faults display;

• Touch screen for all machine settings;

• Possibility to reject the faulty packs;

• Orientating device for the packs to be tied up;
