N° 1 Hot air fixing tunnel, electrically heated and with capacity of 3 forms per step. Abat-vents in correspondence of the most critical points for the drying. Air handling inside granted by nr.2 electro ventilators. Filter for quick elimination of the impurities inside the tunnel. Max reachable temperature over 250 C°, adjustable from touch-screen and controlled by a thermocouple and an electronic thermostat.
N° 1 PLC for the electronic control of all the main functions of the fixing cycle and, particularly: steam adjustment, temperature adjustment, display of the production per hour, fixing tunnel stay time, pressing time, steam injection time, aligner measure, total production. Besides, the system is equipped with electronic auto-diagnosis displaying the possible mistakes and malfunctioning.
N° 1 touch screen for all the machine regulation.
The structure of the machine is hot zinc coated and stove enamelled with orange peel effect.
All the electric, electronic and pneumatic parts are of very high quality and can be easily found (SMC, OMRON, SIEMENS…)

N° 1 Electric press with pneumatic locking electrically heated thanks to two electric resistances controlled by thermo resistance and electronic thermostat. Adjustable pressing and temperature of the sock directly on the touch screen. Covering of the presses by means of Teflon and/or Nomex cloths. Max reachable temperature 250 C°.
