N° 1 Hot air tunnel, electrically heated and with capacity of 6 forms per step. Abat-vents in correspondence of the most critical points for the drying. Air handling inside granted by electro ventilators. Filter for quick elimination of the impurities inside the tunnel. Max reachable temperature 180 C°, adjustable from touch-screen and controlled by a thermocouple and an electronic thermostat.
N° 1 Automatic stripping device and piling with double clamp, equipped with mechanic handling and pneumatic clamps. The sock is deposited on the conveyer belt allowing, in such a way, to reach very high productions with only one operator.
N° 1 PLC for the electronic control of all the main functions of the boarding cycle and, particularly: steam adjustment, temperature adjustment, display of the production per hour, tunnel stay time, pressing time, steam injection time, aligner measure, total production, number of pairs deposited on the conveyer belt. Besides, the system is equipped with electronic auto-diagnosis displaying the possible mistakes and malfunctioning.
N° 1 touch screen for all the machine regulation.
The structure of the machine is hot zinc coated and stove enamelled with orange peel effect.
All the electric, electronic and pneumatic parts are of very high quality and can be easily found (SMC, OMRON, SIEMENS…)
