Mechanical stripping and stacking device. Socks are stacked in a programmable number on the specially provided conveyer belt, in order to achieve high productivity.
N° 1 PLC for the electronic control of all the main functions of the boarding cycle and, particularly: steam adjustment, temperature adjustment, display of the production per hour, tunnel stay time, pressing time, steam injection time, aligner measure, total production, number of pairs deposited on the conveyer belt. Besides, the system is equipped with electronic auto-diagnosis displaying the possible mistakes and malfunctioning.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VERSION “S” AND “L”
Version “S” will have reduced structure and boarding forms having a useful boarding length from top to heel of 55 cm.
Version “L” will have a bigger structure and forms having a useful boarding length from top to heel of 65 cm.
