N° 1 steam chamber with adjustable pressure from 0 to 3 bars directly on the touch screen. Mechanic closing and eccentrics operated by pneumatic pistons. Electronic and proportional steam injection valve and exhaust valve two forms capacity.
N° 1 Electric press with pneumatic locking electrically heated thanks to two electric resistances controlled by thermo resistance and electronic thermostat. Adjustable temperature of the sock directly on the touch screen.
Covering of the presses by means of fabric and/or synthetic cloths. Max reachable temperature 250 C°.
N° 1 Hot air tunnel, electrically heated and with capacity of 6 forms per step. Abat-vents in correspondence of the most critical points for the drying. Air handling inside granted by electro ventilators. Filter for quick elimination of the impurities inside the tunnel. Max reachable temperature 180 C°, adjustable from touch-screen and controlled by a thermocouple and an electronic thermostat.
Mechanical stripping and stacking device. Socks are stacked in a programmable number on the specially provided conveyer belt, in order to achieve high productivity.
N° 1 PLC for the electronic control of all the main functions of the boarding cycle and, particularly: steam adjustment, temperature adjustment, display of the production per hour, tunnel stay time, pressing time, steam injection time, aligner measure, total production, number of pairs deposited on the conveyer belt. Besides, the system is equipped with electronic auto-diagnosis displaying the possible mistakes and malfunctioning.
N° 1 touch screen for all the machine regulation.
The structure of the machine is hot zinc coated and stove enamelled. All the electric, electronic and pneumatic parts are of very high quality and can be easily found
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VERSION “S” AND “L”
Version “S” will have reduced structure and boarding forms having a useful boarding length from top to heel of 55 cm.
Version “L” will have a bigger structure and forms having a useful boarding length from top to heel of 65 cm.
